3) Chicken Rice
4) Guo Tie + Har Gow + Siew Mai (not exactly Singaporean i know)
5) Tang Yuan
6) Ice Cream in bread
7) Mixed Cocktail
8) Milo
9) Bah Kua
10) Pineapple Tarts
11) Loveletters

The Singaporeans hard at work!

Cindy and Antonia, the dim sum dollies

Guo Tie turned out to be good! But lets not talk about the Siew Mai

Felicia and Zu Yuan.. posing around acting busy..

The first few guests arrive..

Then the place was packed!

Everyone gathering around to look at the food

Prima Taste rocks!

I had the job of introducing how to eat each dish..
Must be detailed in my explanation.. In case they pour the laksa gravy over the chicken rice!

"And that is the way it should be!"

It was a night of great fun and fellowship.. we even had a Singapore tourist map postcards to show them.. glad to have introduced to them a little about Singapore =)

Kitty is Ri Hao and my tutor (another tutor Samuel couldn't come).. she's really nice! She's the one who came to pick us at the airport when we first arrived.. and also invited us to her place for a Finnish dinner =)

Visa and Raul, Wei Sing's tutors

Wei Sing and Kitty

Wei Sing with her tutors

Juha and Ilari, Shu Shan and Pei Joo's tutors

Wearing a Liverpool Jersey helps you break the ice when talking to Finns.. coz they all ask if i know Sami Hyypia!

Visit Singapore soon! I'll be a good host =)

The catering business has been experiencing a boom for a long time now. Catering services should need to get the idea of modern catering needs and demand of customers. Recently finger food have become an important part of catering business.Seems to be a very promising catering services.Great catering is dependent on two factors: excellent service and unforgettably great food which I think you can provide both.. ration MREs meals ready-to-eat
